We loved the location of the hotel since it was very close to the train station and we could easily access the convenience store. The hotel facilities were great, especially the in-house onsen, which was well equipped and free of charge. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful during our stay.

The hotel had a fantastic location, close to public transportation and shopping options. We loved the hot springs and massages, they were relaxing and rejuvenating. the breakfast provided was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

The air conditioning in the room was preset and could not be adjusted. This made the room uncomfortably hot, and we had to resort to opening the window, which still didn't cool the room down quite enough for a good night's sleep.

Excellent base for exploring region, well-sized and equipped onsen, free coffee, kids playing area, kind and hospitable staff.

Enjoyed my city trip at this hotel. the first positive aspect was how close it was to the train station, making it easy to get around the city on foot. loved the fact that it was located near many restaurants and shopping stores. Another advantage was the wonderful onsen that the hotel offered. It was relaxing and definitely helped me unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

I felt the bathroom was too cramped and uncomfortable. it was difficult dragging my luggage from the train station to the hotel due to the snow and ice.

There are car rental companies close by and a shopping center with a range of Japanese goods and restaurants, making it very convenient for travelers. the hotel offers a well-equipped onsen and clean, comfortable rooms. the staff is friendly and helpful.
